2020 - now
Senior DevOps Engineer, Developer Experience team

- Retired Jenkins company-wide, moving every build and deploy job onto TeamCity and the internal deployment system.
- Designed the migration for 297 serverless stacks owned by 13 teams. Teams ran it themselves with self-service scripts that scanned each stack and output the exact steps and the infrastructure team handled the Terraform side.
- Led the “build once, deploy anywhere” packaging model for ECS, EKS, Lambda and frontends, from design to implementation with several teams.
- Gave a tech talk on the frontend version in March 2025.
- Moved 35 components from Jenkins to TeamCity and 25 onto the internal deployment system, cutting P95 deployment time by 8 minutes 41 seconds.
- Cut on-demand test environment start time from over 25 minutes to about 5, at lower cost per environment.
- Led the Bitbucket to GitHub migration for around 500 repositories. Live sync let teams move tooling first and developers after. The teams ran their own moves.
- Built a shared AI platform on AWS Bedrock and EKS, with a LiteLLM gateway for cost control and per-team keys, deployed with Argo CD. It now runs internal tools like an AI PR reviewer, n8n automations and an internal AI assistant. A teammate built the LiteLLM and Onyx pieces from the plan.
- Set up the company MCP gateway on FastMCP. Once it reached 92 tools, I moved them behind search and call tools so an agent loads only the tools it needs.
- Ran the rollout of an AI-assisted development toolchain to around 28 engineering teams, with an onboarding call for each team and a self-serve adoption plan.
- Built a TeamCity build compliance dashboard in Metabase that flagged 873 policy findings (agent pools, concurrency, VCS polling) as a starting baseline.
- Built and later migrated the multi-region production deployments.
- Managed Cloudflare for 15+ domains: DNS, Workers, rate limiting, region locking for compliance and region-based traffic routing.
- Moving container images from acquired companies into the central ECR registry as part of bringing them onto shared systems.
